TÁJÉKOZTATÓ és UTASÍTÁS
az Origo Filmstúdióban a koronavírussal kapcsolatosan bevezetett preventív intézkedésekről
Az Origo Filmstúdióban a koronavírussal kapcsolatosan az alábbi preventív intézkedések, illetve utasítások kerültek bevezetésre:
1. 2020. február 5. napjától a Stúdió területén a vizes helyiségekben lévő szappan adagolókban kicserélésre kerültek a folyékony szappanok antibakteriális, fertőtlenítő hatású szappanokkal, illetve ennek megfelelő flakonok kerültek elhelyezésre.
2. 2020. március 9. napjától
a.) a takarítószolgálat naponta 6 alkalommal fertőtleníti a bejárati ajtókat/ kilincseket,
b.) az étteremben, kávézóban az asztalokat folyamatosan törlik, fertőtlenítik, az evőeszköz tárolókban előre becsomagolt műanyag evőeszközök kerültek elhelyezésre, fém-evőeszköz a kiszolgáló pultnál kérhető, megszűnt az önkiszolgáló salátabár, saláta(k) a kiszolgáló pultnál kérhetők, nem lehetséges az önkiszolgálás a különféle kiegészítő eszközökből, így szívószál, édesítőszerek stb.
3. 2020. március 10. napján kijelölésre került az un. „Emergency Room” – Főépület 541. sz. szoba -, mely koronavírus gyanús esetekben az érintett személy elkülönítésre, a szükséges intézkedések megtételére szolgál (a szobában kanapé, asztal, székek, vezetékes telefon található).
A jelenleg hatályban lévő protokoll szerint
a.) magyar állampolgárnak a házi orvosát kell felhívnia, s annak utasításai szerint köteles eljárni,
b.) külföldi állampolgár esetén az Országos Mentőszolgálatot (104) vagy a 112 segélyhívó vonalat kell hívni, s az ott adott instrukcióknak megfelelően kell eljárni.
4. Az Origo 3 db digitális, érintkezésmentes lázmérőt rendelt. Ebből 1 db a Security Szolgálatnál, 1 db a cégvezetőnél, 1 db pedig a Titkárságon kerül elhelyezésre.
5. Az Origo munkatársai, az Origo állandó bérlői, azok munkatársai, valamint a Filmstúdióban lévő produkciók haladéktalanul kötelesek jelenteni minden koronavírus gyanús esetet az intézkedésre jogosultaknak, az Origo cégvezetője, illetve a Security Service vezetője számára (Horváthné dr. 6. Az Origo fenntartja a jogot arra, hogy koronavírus gyanús eset előfordulását követően a Filmstúdióba való belépést, csak előzetes lázmérés, illetve az egyéb szükséges információk bekérését követően engedélyezi.

8. Jelen Tájékoztató, illetve Utasítás minden Filmstúdióban tartózkodó személyre érvényes, az a kiadása napján lép hatályba és visszavonásig érvényes.

About the preventive measures related to coronavirus implemented in the Origo Film Studio
In Origo Film Studio the following preventive measures and orders were implemented in relation to the coronavirus.In Origo Film Studio the following preventive measures and orders were implemented in relation to the coronavirus.
1. As of 5th February 2020 within the area of the Studio in the wet rooms the fluid soap in the soap dispenser units is replaced by antibacterial, disinfectant soap and/or such disinfectant products are supplied in the wet rooms.
2. As of 9th March 2020
a.) The cleaning service disinfects the entrance doors/door handles 6 times a day.
b.) In the restaurant and cafeteria the tables are constantly wiped over and are disinfected, in the cutlery department pre-packaged plastic cutlery is made available, if required metal cutlery is available at the service counter, the self-service salad bar is eliminated, salad is available at the service counter, self-service is no longer available if you require additional items, such as straws, sweetener, etc.
3. On 10th March 2020 a so-called “Emergency Room” was established, Main Building Room Nr. 541, which is dedicated for isolating any individuals in the suspected case of coronavirus, furthermore, to take the necessary measures (sofa, table, chairs and a landline telephone are located in the room).
According to the currently effective protocol
a.) A Hungarian citizen is required to contact his/her GP via the telephone and shall follow the instructions given by the GP.
b.) A foreign citizen is required to call the National Ambulance Service (dial 104) or contact the emergency line by dialling 112 and follow the received instructions.4. Origo ordered 3 touch-free thermometers. 1 will be available at the Security Service, 1 at the managing director and 1 at the Secretariat.
5. The employees of Origo and the permanent tenants of Origo and their employees, furthermore all productions working in the Film Studio are obliged to report any suspected cases of coronavirus without delay to the persons eligible for the accompanying measures, namely to the company manager of Origo and/or to the head of the Security Service (Horváthné dr. 6. Origo reserves the right after the detection of a suspected case of coronavirus to only authorise entry to the Film Studio after preliminary temperature check and/or after requesting other necessary information from the individual.

8. This Information and Order shall be valid for all persons staying within the premises of the Film Studio and shall become effective on the date of issue until withdrawal.
