This stainless steel counterflow chiller can rapidly chill your wort twice as faster as a standard immersion wort chiller to yeast pitching temperature. This locks in hop flavour and aroma and limits excessive dimethyl sulfides which can cause a 'Cooked Corn' taste and aroma in beer.
